Ingredients

200 grams of medium-fat minced beef

Two slices of tomato

1 slice of white onion

½ iceberg lettuce

1 slice of low-fat cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon of sugar-free ketchup

1 tablespoon of water

salt , pepper, garlic powder

Method

Knead the minced meat, salt, pepper and garlic powder with water and let it rest.

Preheat the pan.

Prepare the hamburger meatballs.

Cook it in a hot frying pan over low heat without oil.

Flip a slice of onion on both sides.

Divide the iceberg lettuce into two parts. We put sugar-free ketchup in it.

Put the grilled tomatoes and onions on it.

Add the meatballs and put a slice of cheddar cheese.

Add another piece of iceberg lettuce and serve.
