Healthy Oat Maamoul with Date Filling – Guilt-Free Eid Delight

Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
* 2 tbsp natural honey or date syrup
* ¼ cup almond milk (or low-fat milk)
* ½ tsp ground cinnamon
* A pinch of vanilla
* 10 pitted dates
* A pinch of cinnamon
* 1 tsp orange blossom water (optional)
Method
1. In a bowl, mix oat flour with cinnamon and vanilla. Add coconut oil, honey, and milk gradually, kneading until a soft dough forms
2. Shape small balls from the dough, fill each with a bit of date paste mixed with cinnamon.
3. Press into a maamoul mold or shape by hand.
4.Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden at the edges
5. Let cool and enjoy with a cup of Arabic coffee or tea.
