Ingredients
4 zucchini
200 grams of fat-free minced meat.
1/4 cup of washed rice.
1 sliced onion
2 chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Method
In a frying pan, sauté half of the onion and add the meat. Stir until the meat is almost done, then add the spices And half the amount of tomatoes.
Leave to simmer for 5 minutes. After it cools down, add the rice.
For the tomato gravy: Brush the pan with oil, then add the remaining onions and garlic. Tomato paste and tomato with spices.
Add water until it fills half of the pot and leave it on the fire for 5 minutes.
Take out the pulp of the zucchini and clean it well, then stuff it with the meat and rice filling
Put it in the tray. Add the tomato broth and cover the tray with tin foil.
Put it in the oven 20-30 minutes.
